The Nestle-Aland 26th (=27th) edition Greek text, with full apparatus and with parallels from the apocryphal gospels and patristic sources. Each of the four gospels can be read in order and the parallels seen. An appendix contains a translation of the Coptic Gospel of Thomas in Latin, German and English. The papyri and uncials, which have become known since 1985, have been worked into the 14th edition. The list of Greek manuscripts is updated. 14th revised edition (1994).
