What is your return policy?
BiblesCanada guarantees the quality of all its products. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may return it within 30 days. To return an item, please contact our customer service centre by:

Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by UPS upon delivery. These fees are determined by UPS and/or the destination country, cannot be estimated in advance, and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please note, no returns are accepted from U.S customers.
EU Right of Withdrawal: If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by submitting a return or cancellation request through your customer account before the withdrawal period expires.
Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
- Digital content that has been downloaded or accessed
